Robo caller for Extended warranty for vehicles keeps calling!

Stalker!!!!!!

Numerous calls from these people, leaving threating messages such as they are going to serve me with a summons and I could be detained. Calling my family and leaving the same messages for them. They have even called my HR department and told them they are going to serve a summons. I have called my local County Court Clerks office and they don't have a Jim Johnson and she also said a lawsuit would have to be filed before a summons could be filed. She checked my name and did not find anything. I called my lawyer and they said to tell them to call him. I have not received anything in the mail nor will they tell me how to write to them. These folks are breaking a lot of laws as far as I can tell.

exactly what these people f*** do you want?Don't contact us again.

Every day I get 2 or more missed calls or blank calls from this number.

I have no idea who this number belongs to. They always call while I am at work..never leave a message. Not sure if this is a scam call..but be careful everyone. If someone calls 3 to 4 times a week but never leaves a message and no one answers when called back...makes me go...HMMM.
