caller id: unknown name purportedly a call from GE Security Systems, a live male person with a New Jersey or New York accent, offering a free security system if I allow a yard sign to advertise GE in my yard. I asked him where his company is headquartered; he didn't know and asked me to hold while he checked on this. the phone went dead and he obviously disconnected. yet another phone scam!

I received 2 calls today from the same phone number as stated by others above my post.and person and to call the same phone number as well to get lower (1% interest rat { sure they will give that to me, LOL.} And they want info to do so. I do not have a Capital One credit card, never did. Cathy...
