I receive calls from this number to my cell phone at early hours of the morning between 2 and 4 am usually.    It is a recorded message that goes through a channel check.    Very disrupting.

small child picks up, bothers to leave a msg about going swimming somewhere. we do not recognise who this is, nor do we wanna know, however really freakin irritating.
