Keeps texting my phone and saying threatning words

we have a Tracfone prepaid telephone. we had sms msgs every two or three days with nearly the identical text, 'SARAH 'or 'hi'. we attempted to sms them back to quit SMSing us however that never ever stops.

I get calls and they dont say anything.

# keeps calling and wont say anything when i answer. when i call back, its just hold music??? wierd!

this caller calls at least once every 2 days and just says nothing after you pick up the phone but you can hear traffic or similar in the background. and then he or she hangs up without saying a word
