Millions Call

This call came before 4 am.  It rang three times then hung up.  This is typical of the other three calls I have received from the 956-504-x calling area.  These calls have come in on my advertising toll-free line, which costs me $55.00 per call.

FOUL LANGUAGES, I DONT KNOW THIS NUMBER

Said my social security number has been flagged for "Malicious activity".

Left vm identified herself as Julie Carpenter from Blue across Community Connect. Wanted me to call another number. But when I tried to verify with Customer Services, it is not a BC/BS nor BCN number

Got a call from this number on my cell phone. Some guy left a message 'call me at 330-427-69'  sounded like a computer voice though?
