I have received two picture text from this number, and they attempted to phone me three times, because I did not know the number did not answer, I want it stopped

This number text me and said they have a package for me. I have had this same text from another number, and it must be a scam as I keep track of my packages and I have no outstanding packages. I did not reply but I did block this number and the last number that tried it

receiving repeated phone calls from this number. there is only a beeping sound when I answer. cannot find out who it is, but caller id says safeway.
