Keeps texting my phone and saying threatning words

This is call-back number for a recorded message from MBNA Canada who manages Master Card credit cards... the hick is the recorder message starts right away without waiting your answering machine to let finish the intro, so you only get the end of their annoucement with that call back number... when calling back, it says 'Welcome to the card service', but don't tell you which institution they are :-(... very bad customer service...

they're trying to offer some sort of Caribbean cruise and ask for an up front fee

This person made phone calls at 3:30 AM three times at night. I picked up the first time and they hung up. They called again and said "see you tomorrow". They called again and said "hi". It seemed to be in a Middle Eastern type accent. Someone should lock this person away.
