Keeps calling my number and being weird

this was a commenity bank cc bill ring.

someone spoke in Croatian and asked for the misses in my house,She said this is Alexandra calling, and that she will call back later.

keeps on ringing, beeps just like this maybe attempting to send a fax

I’ll let it go to voicemail but of course I did not leave a message, probably a telemarketer

This number keeps calling me - I just got this new number and they ask for the person who used to have my number. I keep telling them (like I tell all the people who keep calling for her) that this number is not hers anymore and I ask them to remove my number and by then they hang up on me. But, they aren't removing my number and when I call the number back - it doesn't ring or anything - it is silence.
