    I got a call from this # claiming to be Verizon.  I entered the number into a search engin and Verizon does not com up!  Message claimes that my address was  wrong according to the Post Office and asked me to call back with name and correct address.

    Caller ID said 21st Century, but this may be spoofed. Phone call is in Spanish, having to do with debt counseling/credit recovery. It gives as a callback number 866-801-6147.BTW, spoofing is illegal under the Truth in Caller ID Act. Regulations do not seem to be implemented, meaning that they can get away with it for a little longer, but the Truth in Caller ID Act should be a powerful weapon against abusive debt collection and other abuses of the telephone.
