I hung up.

ring ended up leaving on VM.

This number is trying to fax our business line and it's very annoying. I need it to stop and want to find the source.

I got something in the mail from these people after I bought a house. Spam!!!

Received call on a cell phone from 506-229-94983 (note added number '3' reflected on end).  As it was unidentified, I simply hung up.  The 506 Area Code seems to be from some place in Canada.  No further ID. Checked with AnyWho.com.  Search unsuccessful.
