213 240 77 85 - comes up as the public health records for los angeles county.interesting thing is, they keep calling on sunday afternoons & subsequently daily since; even after 7 o'clock in the evening, without leaving a message.as we can only imagine, the government is taking fur lows in this current economy & are NOT calling for any type of official business at those hours, without stating the nature of the call & leaving a detailed message of reference. so, my educated guess is, it's a scavenger collection agency, trying to pose as something they're not ....
