Millions Call

Received 8 calls today I called back after and heard recording a discounted or no longer in use number

This number actually comes up with an extra 8 at the end. Whoever it is had the nerve to call at 6:15 in the morning and by the time I got up to the phone they were gone. I am going to assume they were telemarketers and put a block on the number. Just from all of the comments I read it seems that whoever is behind these numbers ( 855) are not from a legitimate company.
