Medicare scam

Received text that said I won a best buy gift card and to go to a url to claim it. I was skeptical but curious because it appeared to be a texas phone #. When I clicked on the url it was blocked or taken down so I am guessing it was some kind of scam or spam.

Scam call number to "Call us Toll-Free TODAY to receive your reward!" Printed on postcard claiming "We are holding $100.00 in gift cards for YOU, good at Wal-Mart and Target - your choice!" Calling the foreign rep., they require a processing/activation fee.
