Message left Feb 16 at 5:36 .. woman's voice .. somthing about 'can we open the window just a crack .. a little crack would be good' then hang up

I have received 3 phone calls to my private (non-listed) cell phone just like Susan R. I am tired of phone calls like this where they call and just when I am about to answer they hang up. Honestly, people need to stop doing this, it's so childish.
