Millions Call

They have a recorded message that immediately says there is no problem with 'my account', but there is no company name given. That they have a lower rate offer and choose #1 to continue or #3 to not call again. I chose #3 to get no more calls.   Next day they called back, but I missed it.  I redialed the number to find it was a 'not in service' phone number. It is obviously a fake number so you cannot identify them, because 770 numbers are from Atlanta, Ga. area where I live.  In fact the number is very similar to mine.

Thanks very much for your info! Since it was a text rather than a phone call, I wasn't sure anyone else would report it or look for it. They called wanted $300 for a package to be delivered. I said no and hung up.
