Calls and hangs up multiple times a day

This number keeps calling my house and hanging up. When I call it back it goes to a voicemail that has not been set up.

This number calls every morning at 630am. Wakes me and the kids up.
I asked if I could talk to someone or if this was a recording she said no that she could only comment with certain remarks.
So I told her to stop calling me at 630 am because thos happens every morning for 2 weeks I was getting irritated she laughed and hung up.

Bla bla bla bla ..............

Has called several times, never leaves a message, and when I entered hte phone number into your search engine, it comes up as unknown; is that even legal?
