A young sharp dressed afro american young man walked up to me at WAWA in NJ telling me he had car problems, and needed to make a call to this number, then when you call this number a voice mail comes on and the mailbox is full. then the late teen early 20's young man proceeded to ask for money. Is this a scham to get your number registered in their system. I dont know. This happened to me about 6 months prior at Wallgreens in the same town. The same car excuse, called the number and the mailbox was full, then they asked for money. Sorry This could be a scham. That is why I am writing this.
