pre-recordedmessage about a security breech from Apple.

we got a sms msg with this no. saying that our debit card is put on suspension & We are to ring 503-688-9247. In following up with our bank we found this to be untrue & is quite possibly a ring to attempt to get our private info.

I just got a very similar call. She said she was an investigator (Jones?). Calling regarding a complaint. She gave a claim number, but there is no reason anyone would have a complaint against us, and we haven't made any complaints against anyone either. The weird thing is before she started talking it sounded like she chuckled (couldn't quite make it out). Then as she talked it seemed like she had a smile on her face at one point. At the end of the message she threatened court action if we didn't respond ASAP. I just felt something wasn't right with this call.

I got a call from this number several times. They also called and left a message on my mother's voicemail saying that are coming by to serve me legal documents. They have never come by. If they did they kept on missing me. They also said very rudely that I needed to show them my id. For one thing the courts will usually serve court documents and they will also let you know if you have any court proceedings going on. This is a scare tactic to try and collect on an old loan that they can not legally do anything about. I for one just ignore them.
