Firstly, if this is real, they've VIOLATED the DNC list by SOLICITING us in the first place. 2ndly, Using ROBODIALED RECORDED MESSAGE - ILLEGAL. 3rd, ONLY COLD CALL SCAMMERS try & get you to react in the moment (Press 9 now) without time to think. Suspect this is the NEW CREDIT CARD PHISHING SCAM. Why are "WE" the first one to get this call - or at least the first to post here?
