Out of state scammer

Number calls me 5 times or more a day. I am on the "no call" list.

these people refuse to say who these people are representing or who these people are collecting for therefore we do not reply & blocked the no.

Received a text message stating that we were randomly selected for a $1,000 Best Buy gift card. When called was a google voice mail. Got No Answer.

The person using this phone is going by the name mathew paul garcia    paul mathew garcia! He is going around posting ads about airline tickets. He has no tickets and gives phoney confimation numbers and then gets paid. He then is calling and harassing the person he scammed. He also claims that he is in Puerto Rico and can barely spell it. There is a female that seems to be associated with him and this number.

we have recived numerous rings with this no. web states this was tied to a payday loan place. we have no ties to this business. Woe be to 'em when these people keep on to ring us.
