it is a staffing company phoning about a job opportunity. when it is good, we might consider this.

Falsley posing as any law enforcement official is ILLEGAL! They can spoof numbers--making false numbers show up on your caller id. Total scam.

harrassing me about money for a debt that i do not owe them but someone else whom i have contacted and they know nothing of them

I received a call from the 855 area code. I didn't answer it because I don't know anyone in that area code. I looked the code up on a web site and it said the 855 code (and 866) code were codes in which the caller is not charged but the person called is charged. It sounds like a scam to me.

Had someone (male and female) of middle eastern decent call us and try to get our credit card info. In our case they said They were with direct TV. If u fail to give them the info THey want they get very hostile with you. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO!!!

Received call from this number about 5 pm on 1/9/14. Caller ID. Did not answer.

Just got a call asking for my mate.  When I asked, 'About what?' They hung up.I called it back.  It is the Fraternal Orders of Police in Colorado.  We don't live in Colorado.DK
