Great now I can’t get enough sleep because he called me so ...

Got a call from this number was a recording to reduce my credit card debt. I called the number back several time to get "Seth" on the line. I advised him that his number was being used to contact me with the recording. He apologized and said he'd contact his provider. I kindly told him that if I get another call from this number I'd contact police.

It was an electronic voice claiming to be a visa or MasterCard reward service center.

Received a call. I do not answer numbers I don't know. Left a 2 second "message" of silence. Don't know the owner of the phone number, have been receiving many similar calls.
