FCC Complaint: Abandoned Calls

The call was recorded by my voicemail system. First, all you hear is classical guitar music playing for nearly a full minute, then some person comes on the line and says 'can I speak to Karen'? then a recorded message comes on and says 'This call has ended'. When I tried to call the number, just to see where it went, I got some strange message about it being some sort of a conference call of sorts. VERY ODD!!! Since I have literally NO outstanding bills of any kind, I can't imagine why they are calling me? Again, VERY ODD!!!
