they called me and I spoke to the agency. I asked them how they got my info and they said through an online opt-in inquiry. I complained so bad they had their IT manager provide me the opt-in as as it turns out I actually did inquire on a site that allowed them to call me as I remembered being on the site. DNC is negated when you opt-in to be contacted. So the moral of the story- Make sure you uncheck all those boxes online when you are signing up for something or you are screwed...

This number called and gave their first name but not who they were representing. She would not disclose that information until I verified my last four of my social, birthdate and address. I told her when she disclosed who she represented then I would verify information if I felt it was concerning me.
