This caller keeps calling at allhours and never leaves a message for a call back.

Called and asked for someone I've never heard of.

How can you hear me.

This number came through on my cell phone in Canada. I didn't answer it , but I tried calling it later from my house phone it said that the number can not be completed as dialed. There is another number(1-416-000-4197)that was coming on my cell as well and tried calling it back and the same thing------the number cannot be completed as dialed.The  numbers do not show a name.

don't need to receive textes either
