Calls me every now and them, leaves 2-5 second inaudible sound on my voicemail.

I am making a complaint against this telemarketer. This person is not autherized to make any calls to my phone number. However, this person keeps calling my phone number. I want this to stop, cease and desist immediately. Thank you for your urgent needed help in this matter.

Yeah a was 3rd place winner too. A won 8.75 million. And a new car and he gave me a number to call it was 4063184572 and he got all furious with me when I told him I refused to give him my address. And i didn't believe any of this, he would stop and 'try' and cover the phone speak amazing English then when he came back to me he nearly spoke English. They really don't have anything better to do. Really?

CALLED, AGAIN, SAYING THEY WERE AT&T. i told them that the owner ask asked THREE times for them to send out a rep.  We do nothing over the phone.  He told me to send a rep out would cost US $350.00!! I ask him if he was high and hung up.
