Health insurance company trying to sell you insurance. Not sure exactly who it is. I temporarily signed up for health insurance outside of what my employer offers 2 + years ago. Various TX-based insurance providers have been stalking me ever since.

I just got a call and pre-recorded message from this #. They said they were NCO Financial debt collecting agency and they were collecting a debt, but my record is clean, so I don't know if it's legit or not?

This is shine but it's on the record life and marches to belittle and it's and I think I'll just not respond.

Calls my phone at late times of the night and leaves voice mails about wanting me to die. This gurl also sends text messages about the same subject.
