getting rings with 516-858-1099 and soon as we answer, these people remain silent. we can hear background noise which seems just like a office setting. these people never ever speak, just remain silent.

calling me saying inaproprate comments about me and my boyfriend. they also threatened me.

Called twice over several days, left no message. Is in Soldantka ?(sp.), Alaska, landline? Internet says number belongs to a particular person.
