Calls late at night and hangs up

Someone from that number called my sister on her home phone and asked for me.    The only people who should be able to link me to that number are people with access to my emergency contact information, yet nobody called me or told my sister their identity or what they wanted.    Nobody has responded to me after repeated messages.

Got an unsolicited fax to a number on the 'no call' list.  What's my next step to make them stop, after entering my number into their 'fax removal system?'

I was told that I'd won a clearinghouse and that I needed to give them $300 (in "taxes") in order to claim my prize.

Calls multiple times a day, usually robo style.

Unknown company/persons called to looking for me by name. Answered by saying this call is being recorded or monitored but did not identify.

This # calls at least 3 times a day never leaving a message.
