This number called me and a man with a very heavy accent was on the other line. I couldnt unerstand where he was from.

Received a phishing call from this number tonight trying to scam me out of personal information by promising me a lower interest rate on my credit card. They had my complete address, but didn't seem to know whether I had a mastercard or visa, and didn't seem to know my first name. I hung up and called my bank, and they confirmed it was a scam.

No want to borrow ur money. Interest rate at all time high. identical as 701-540-5519. was this a stimulis feed line?

Called this number back, it was Fresno Public Library sending out automated messages for books to be picked up.
