All of a sudden began to get random text with this no. soon as you ring the no. this calls & calls & rings.

This is an important message regarding your current credit card account we have made several attempts to reach you this is your final courtesy call before we are unable to lower your credit card interest rate press 1 to speak to the Member Services Department or press you and your eligibility to lower your rate will expire.

Just a call....did not leave a message. Called at 9:05am. Because there was no message, I am assuming it is a bill collector for a credit card company:)

we got this msg & about two others of the identical kind, stating that our Sun Trust Master Card was frozen for security reason & to contact 'em right away. soon as we attempted doing so, this stated the telephone no. is cut off. Every time this txts us this does therefore with a different no., this was the only no. we saved . 914 375 0169

"You might have cash under .... blah blah blah..." with instructions to go to website

Got a voice mail from one of these weasels, an aggressive-sounding guy named James Cash, saying he needed to talk to me immediately on a time-sensitive matter; that a 'person of interest' lived at my address. Being reasonably sure that the only people at this address are me and my wife (and she's only a person of interest to me), I thought I'd have a little fun with someone at Mr. Cash's company. I called them and this was the conversation: Male Operator: 'Where would you like to direct your call?' Me: 'I just want to let someone at your company know that I will be forwarding a copy of the voice mail they left along with a recording of this conversation to the FTC for further action. Where would you like to direct my call?' Male Operator: 'We will remove you from our list.' Me: 'Good idea.' Outside of the fact that the guy actually sounded a little nervous, it wasn't as much fun as I'd hoped, but at least I doubt they'll be calling anymore.

Its GE money. Your most likely late paying a bill.
