these people give recognise info just keeps on phoning 3 or 4 time daily. even on the weekend. never ever ask for any one

i get calls from this number daily. They call on my cell and land line. Who the h are they.

This is a conference bridge number - very common for unscrupulous conference companies to build these bridges in places with only a couple people living in town; they back-bill to your provider as long distance calls. Its not a scam - you're the one calling them. But ify your call doesn't complete, its not your local or LD company's fault, its because 10,0 people can't call in to a bridge where there's only capacity for 500 callers..
