Left message stating there is a legal action being considered against me and I must speak with a mediator to inform them of payment arrangements. The robo call states consider this call a legal notification. It should be noted there is no phone number give in the message, no identification of the alleged agency (collections, legal office) nor the name of the person to speak with and no case number
