I need to know if this # is legit or a scam number. Wants to buy something I posted online

I'm not sure who this person but he (sounds like a man) spoke non-sense when I answered. Most likely a harassing caller but I'm not sure. He wasn't trying to hawk a product and made threatening statements like "you'll go to jail for not paying your taxes." Just spoke random nonsense like he was mentally disturbed or something.
