This person somehow got my phone number and told horrible stuff about someone that I am seeing. It was a female. She started harassing me and stuff. I didnt appreciate it at all.

I didn't answer.  The call disconnected theh very moment the answering machine picked up.  That's unusual for unsolicited calls and I suspect the caller was not a machine.
