Who is this person and how/why did it re-route an outgoing SMS back to me?

NOT DECENT ENOUGH to ID THEMSELVES via CID OR leave a message. BUT, of course, these ANONYMOUS SCUM have NO RULES that apply to them. WAY to go TRAILER TRASH. NEVER going to do business with you! Pittsfield Police now HAS YOUR NUMBER!

Receiving several calls, all of which are someone making weird noises. These are not fax machine noises.

Calls asking for me by my first name. Caller (Peggy) says she is with a safety supply company, speaks to me with familiarity, implying that we are aquainted, apologizes about not being available to meet with me recently, but saying she will be in town soon and wants to get together. I am the purchasing manager for the construction company I work for so it would not be unheard of for me to be aquainted with someone working for a supplier, but I have no idea who she is. If I have spoken with her before it was only to tell her we are not interested and to hang up. She may have called previously asking for the "person in charge of ordering safety supplies" and been given my name. We use local companies for supplies; this company is out of our area. Seems to be just another solicitor.
