A very rude person called this my mother's home, and when I told him she was in the hospital, he demanded the number to her hospital room!  I did not give it to him, as he was very nasty.  We think he was probably a bill collector, but mom has no debts that she knows of. She did however, co-sign for a friend a few years ago, hope that's not the reason for the call!

we had a charge of $13. 22 on our ATT bill, this no. is referenced. soon as you ring this, you cannot speak to anyone, instead these people wanna transfer you & charge you for the ring.

This number was given on my in-laws answering machine for me.  I don't know why they are calling my inlaws for me, but when I called the number the recording said to call another number for 'to speak to local people in your area'  Sounds like a phone dating deal or something.
