They have sent 3 texts...one at 1:19 A.M. Text are saying they are thinking about me, calling me beautiful, sweet dreams, etc.

I got a call from this number. I returned the call. There was a recorded message that it was the do not call registry. The message said to press one and then input my phone number to be put on the do not call list. Sooo I am supposed to think that the do not call registry called me?? Who is that and what is the scam?

A reverse lookup says 886 is not a valid exchange for area code 207. If the caller is spoofing a non-existent number, then they must be running a scam.
