constant unwanted messaging

This number called me, my phone tagged it as "Potential Spam" and they left a robo message saying I needed to call back otherwise I am in big trouble with "a magistrate judge or a grand jury for a federal crime offense" and that it was a "final attempt to reach me." If i do not the message said my residence is going to be blocked if I ignore this. OK boomer

In automated system told me that my social security number will be blocked if I take no further action

solicitor, wanted me to give her a direct dial number for one of my employees because she says she had it before, 'wink, wink

This number is out of Hudson, CO in Weld County. Say they are some kind of collection agency.
