Keeps calling and calling and when one answers they just hang up.

Very suspicious caller. They asked for personal info without clearly introducing themselves. I repeatedly asked what organization or agency they represent and they were very evasive and tried to dodge the question. When they finally did answer, they gave a very generic company name that told me nothing about who they really are. Just hang up and don't waste your time.

said it was publishers clearing house and my brother was a 2 million dollar winner and a car winner and that he was suppose to call this 876 number and ask for a particular person and give them the prize number

A guy claims to be Jay Johnson from publisher's clearing house. Sounded like a scam so I Googler the number. We had a bad connection and he asked me to call him back. Did not call him back.
