Millions Call

The 713 area code is in Texas. Is someone running from one payphone to the next calling people with a recorded message? See my comments re: 713-507-9706Purportedly from the Harris County Correction Center.

Rec'd calls from this number, hangs up when I answer, try to call back and the message states has been disconnected...appears to be telemarkerter.

My name is a Gary calling I'm sort of caught of the blue here but I'm just calling about your property here in Las Vegas I was driving around the neighborhood earlier today and saw your home and was just wondering if you'd be interested in selling it if your mind give me a call back my number is 702-830-0510 extension 9 again that's 702-830-0510 extension 9 think.

an "Apollonia" with "Resort Stay" left a message. I called back and was congratulated for winning a $2000 vacation package. She told me that I had entered a cash drawing "a while back" at (something called) Renaissance, but she did not know. She then wanted to see if I met the "promotional guidelines" and asked me some personal questions. (are you happily married?).  I stopped her and asked if I was required to buy anything or put any money out and she said no. I did not want to continue answering, in my opinion, unnecessary and personal questions. I let her know that I would not accepting her "prize." She then hung up.

This is a collection agency that will call you at any time of day or night using local numbers.
