Millions Call

The caller just said 'Hello, it's Adolfo there?' He got confused and said 'I'm sorry, what was that?'

I'm assuming it's either a scam caller or bill collector, More likely scammer, no voice message left, and called several times in a row.

No idea who it is but I get a call from this number at least once a week. Area code is an addition to the Southern California area codes

Philippines voice claiming to call from US. The usual, "we like to send you bla bla.

Yes they are scam artist.  We have been hit by them big time.  You look at grants and then you get hit with all the others coming in.You can't get a true # to turn them in.  Lynn

Changes numbers just to break through the call block barrier beware
