This number keeps texting me, asking things like 'miss me?', 'love me?', etc. It started three days ago.

Claims to be a modrling rep etc, very ..illiterate..contacts you from multiple numbers. Either fraud or police

Call and did not leave any message just a hang up.

This line is shared by multiple wireless networks and private 3rd parties with Agency firewalls. The line type is wireless/Lanline/Landline. Every time this phone goes inactive almost all networks and 3rd parties disconnect or crash.
