Vision Financial Corp.    Very bad debt collector.    Suggest you go to Radio Shack and spend some money on a recording device for your cell phone and record the conversation.    You are not required to tell a business you are recording them.    They will threaten to get a judgment against you.    This is illegal and if you can record it, it will be big bucks to you in court.
