Millions Call

This was a txt message to my phone saying I won a $1000 Target gift card. I did not enter any contest.

unknown caller, left message that was nothing was garble

murder for hire

very annoying, bothersome and persistant

Is there anyone in that or line to know.

Repeated calls, leaving a partial, prerecorded message about lowering interests rate, without identifying the business.    I picked up the most recent call and pressed 3, as indicated, to stop further calls.    BUT--Im on the do not call registry and this doesnt sound like any local business I have a relationship with.
