Who is calling from this number? Caller ID shows up as UNAVAILABLE.When you call back you get a bogus recording 'all circuits are busy'

some guy calls my job to verify employment. i told him to use the work number, he said ok and hung up. did he not want the company code?

This number called today around 3pm. I did a reverse search and it looks like it's a land line from Bellevue Michigan. It's a little village with a population of 1,365. Anyways, chances are it's a scam of some sort.

2319160940 is the number I'm getting texts from. They are texting me extremely rude messages. When I call I get the same recording you've got.
