Millions Call

They call - never leave a message - a pity because the new 'do not call' registry is supposed to reduce unwanted marketing calls . (The only problem is that this only applies to the marketing company in Canada - so the leeches from other countries are still free to bother us .)

The number is Charter Cable, I did not answer and no message was left. This is to offer charter cable services.

I got a call from this number once or twice a day.I think it is a scam.

This number called at 5:15am silent for about 10 seconds, I hung up. They called back right away about 4 times. I called it back, it took about 10 seconds before this guy spoke jamaican so I hung up right away. He kept calling 3 more times after that phone call. What should I do? It was really creepy!
