Millions Call

Calls constantly from several 318-402-X numbers, the last four digits are always different. They call many times a day, up to 10 times, all day, every day, and weekends. When I block one extension, they call with another extension. No messages, no idea who it is. When I call back, it says to enter my 10 digit phone number. No way am I doing that!

Popup on my PC on Oct. 31 claimed to be Microsoft Support. Referenced this phone number and said it was toll-free.

The only information it gave me is that it's a landline. That I found out for free using Google.
