A recording gets on and tells you how to get rich quick and gives a number to call back. Ive recieved them a few times in the last three days, each time from a different number including this one.

This number repeatedly calls and than hangs up after an answer. When I call back it says the number is out of service. What is going on?

Prerecorded Voicemail left 3-17-20. Female voice with plinky, corny piano music behind her says, Welcome to Bank of America ...this is a notice from the Chinese Voice Department...start recording now.

no message left. most likely scammer, but aren t most calls, lately?? Ugh!
