FCC Complaint: Prerecorded Voice

Same day, same scam to my 82 year old mother. Money was at Western Union agent but WU said no to transaction (fortunately). Reported to FBI who would do nothing. 866 number is routed to location in EDST zone.

this iis a craigs list scammer , they respond to craigs list ads with the hope you will fall for their *, DONT ..Dont deal with any one from this number they will con you with a fake check or ask for your account info.

as well 876-405-3863. This was another of the Jamaican sweepstakes scams. A couple names used are Dave Snyder & James Goodwill. our father has been getting & returning rings & has been conned out of a lot of money with promises of large winnings, cars, etc. identical story. Bottom line was never ever reply a ring with a 876 region code. this was a con.
